By purchasing a written reading or booking a session with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You are 18+

• I am not a licensed therapist or psychologist. My services are not meant to be a replacement for the advice or legal council from a licensed professional.

• You will be able to cancel or reschedule a video consultation up to 48 hours in advance. I will do my best to reschedule you for the next available date.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment you will be charged 50% of the original service. This is to compensate for the preparation work beforehand.

• There is a 15 minute no-show policy for my video consultations. If the client fails to contact me within the first 15 minutes of the session, the session will be canceled and the payment will not be refunded. Please contact me if you have any issues accessing your video consultation.

• All consultations will be recorded. You will have access to the video consultation recordings after the session.

• The turn around time for all written readings is 3 months maximum.
